As a Duty Intern, you play an active role in leading and coordinating daily operations within our hotel. This unique opportunity allows you to gain hands-on experience in hospitality management, engaging with both front office and F&B tasks. What Does Your Day as a Duty Management Intern Look Like?
As our Duty Intern, you assist in guiding and motivating our passionate team. You elevate service by welcoming guests with a smile, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring they not only feel welcome but also valued.
Safety is of utmost importance to us, and as a Duty Manager Intern, you help ensure that all safety procedures are followed. Facing challenges? You immediately think of solutions and take action!
Daily operational tasks, such as supporting shift planning, managing reservations, and tracking finances, are part of your skill set. You seamlessly coordinate between the front office and F&B, becoming an indispensable link in daily operations.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Assist in Daily Management: Provide support in leading and motivating the team to ensure optimal service.
Guest Focus: Welcome guests with a smile, address their questions, and ensure they feel special.
Enforce Safety Procedures: Oversee adherence to safety protocols and maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
Problem Solving: Proactively respond to and resolve operational issues as they arise.
Department Coordination: Act as a liaison between the front office and F&B to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
Support in Staff Scheduling: Assist in preparing and adjusting rosters for efficient staffing.
Manage Reservations: Help manage reservations, handle requests, and maintain availability records.
Quality Control: Monitor the quality of service and actively contribute to improving operational processes.
Event Support: Assist in the preparation and organization of events to ensure seamless execution.
Ensure Guest Satisfaction: Regularly assess guest satisfaction and actively seek ways to enhance the guest experience.
Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, such as drafting reports and documenting operational processes.

Job requirements
A higher education degree focused on the Hospitality Industry.
You are proactive.
You can create a good plan and stick to it, even when the day takes an unexpected turn!
Communication is your strength! You have a sociable character and can easily switch tones between different target audiences.
Hospitality comes naturally to you, and you know how to apply it in practice.
You like to take initiative and are solution-oriented, both with guests and colleagues.
You show leadership potential and are eager to manage a team, wanting to further develop this skill during your internship.
You can handle stressful situations well and make quick decisions.
· You enjoy solving problems quickly and effectively and want to develop yourself further in this area.
